With Opportunity Green since: September 2025
“My role is to serve as a bridge between Opportunity Green’s priorities and EU legislative work in Brussels. In particular, I support the SASHA Coalition, advocating for EU policies that enable the development and commercialisation of green hydrogen solutions in the aviation and shipping sectors.”
EU policy, maritime policy
Delphine monitors and analyses EU legal and policy developments for OG and the SASHA Coalition, and represents us at key EU forums. She drafts policy documents, briefings and advocacy messages, and contributes to our lobbying strategy at the EU level. She also supports the coordination of SASHA Coalition activities.
Before joining Opportunity Green, Delphine spent years making sure that the communities most affected by maritime affairs and climate change had a say in shaping EU policy. Most recently, she spearheaded the campaign for the re-establishment of the Seas, Rivers, Islands and Coastal Areas (SEArica) Intergroup, a cross-party initiative bringing together Members of the European Parliament. She also steered its Secretariat.
Delphine holds a Master’s degree in European and International Studies with a specialisation in EU Programmes Management from Aix-Marseille University.
