About Meesh:

Meesh has a self-described “squiggly career.” Starting her career in studio management and recruitment within the fashion and wider creative industries gave her a unique perspective on what people need to thrive in workplace culture and produce their best work. She then moved into in-house People and Culture and Operations roles, shaping ways of working and policies across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Always keen to move away from the concept of seeing humans as purely resources and instead taking a people-first approach, her curiosity led her to specialise in employee engagement at organisations like Culture Amp and The Happiness Index. There, she created touchpoints to truly understand the employee experience, develop strategy, and take action to shape workplace cultures that practise equity and inclusion.

After taking time to further develop her data analytics and project management skills within charitable and non-profit organisations, Meesh is excited to bring the abstract shape of her experience back into a People and Culture role at OG – an organisation that delivers real impact. At OG, she primarily focuses on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring all employees have what they need to flourish in this mission- and values-driven landscape.
