Beatrice holds an MA in project management and operations, and is a certified member of the Project Management Institute. With her foundation in strategic planning, process improvement and organisational efficiency, she plays an essential role in keeping our team running as seamlessly as possible.
Beatrice was a key player in the successful move to our new office, handling everything from planning and negotiations, to furnishing the new space and settling everyone in. She supports the creation and improvement of transparent internal structures, access systems and onboarding processes that make operations smoother and more inclusive. She’s also our go-to person for any IT issues, keeping us all connected. Beatrice plays a vital role in recruitment, assessing applicants and onboarding new staff, ensuring new joiners feel welcome and supported from their very first day.
Beyond Opportunity Green, Beatrice volunteers weekly, helping to spread awareness about the importance of environmental stewardship, and encouraging others to make a positive impact on the earth.
