With Opportunity Green since: October 2026
“The People and Culture Manager is there for everyone, offering support and advice throughout employees’ time at Opportunity Green. My overall aim is to make Opportunity Green a great place to work, where everyone feels valued and supported, has a good work-life balance and is rewarded appropriately for their contributions. It’s a very varied role where no week or day is the same.”

Sue has joined Opportunity Green as People and Culture Manager for a year, covering for Zuzka while she is on family leave.
Before joining Opportunity Green, Sue spent four years at Art Fund, a national non-profit organisation supporting the UK’s museum sector. As Associate Director, People & Culture, she played a key role in leading the development of their culture, organisational structures, people management skills, internal communications and approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.
As our People and Culture Manager, Sue ensures that recruitment is fair and accessible; that equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded into all processes; and that Opportunity Green remains a great place to work for everyone.
Sue is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
