Before joining Opportunity Green, Zuzka spent five years at Global Canopy, an environmental non-profit tackling tropical deforestation. As Human Resources Manager in a rapidly growing organisation, she played a key role in helping their leadership manage growth while keeping their team thriving.
As our People and Culture Manager, Zuzka makes sure that recruitment is fair and accessible; that equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded into all processes; and that Opportunity Green remains a great place to work for everyone.
Zuzka is an Associate member of CIPD, holds an MA in International Development and a BA (Hons) in Human Geography.
