  • Aoife O'Leary

    CEO & FOUNDER

    Aoife is the founder and CEO of Opportunity Green. A lawyer and economist with deep environmental expertise, she founded Opportunity Green to realise her vision of working closely with governments, other NGOs and industry around the world to seize on the opportunities that come with solving the climate crisis. Aoife Is also a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at King’s College London’s Department of Political Economy.

  • Ana Laranjeira

    SENIOR MANAGER, CLIMATE DIPLOMACY

    Ana is the Senior Manager, Climate Diplomacy, at Opportunity Green, focusing on shipping decarbonisation. Her background includes international maritime decarbonisation within the International Maritime Organization, climate diplomacy, and just transition policy, having worked both in government and civil society.

  • David Kay

    INTERIM LEGAL DIRECTOR

    David is the Interim Legal Director at Opportunity Green. David is a qualified solicitor with a broad range of corporate, energy and projects experience at top tier law firms internationally. He uses this experience to develop and lead strategic legal action at Opportunity Green, targeting systemic change in high-polluting sectors. David holds a Master's degree in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from the University of Edinburgh and is passionate about using the law to drive climate action.
