Social media management, content creation, website management, making complex climate topics simple and engaging, writing and editing.
Johanna manages and produces digital content for our social media channels, website and any other digital platforms, while also keeping track of data and analytics to help inform our content and communications strategy. She writes social posts, articles, newsletter and website copy, ensuring that whatever we produce is audience-focused, clear and impactful. She also played a key role in the website redesign, contributing to its structure and design, writing content, and coordinating feedback between our team and external stakeholders.
Before joining Opportunity Green, Johanna had a range of media roles. She was a freelance editorial assistant for a magazine promoting greater representation of women and minorities in the media; she volunteered as a content creator for an app encouraging climate action; and she was a project manager in scientific publishing.
Johanna has a master’s degree in History, Literature and Linguistics from Jean Moulin Lyon III University, where her research examined the challenges to the “American Dream”.
